Replacements

 

We hope that all our prints reach you in perfect condition and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Picture This. In the event of a problem, please contact us by e-mail with full details and if necessary, to arrange for a replacement. This will be forwarded upon receipt of the faulty item. In these circumstances, we will refund any postage costs that you may have incurred.

 

Refunds

 

Should a faulty item be supplied or the information provided on the website be substantially inaccurate, you have the option to request a full refund. Normally this will be processed within 7 days of the return of the item in question.

 

Returns

 

For any prints returned under the above options, please note the following:

They should be properly packaged, preferably in the original packaging, with full details of the reason for the return together with any Certificates of Authenticity and any other extras e.g. companion print or book that were forwarded with the print.
