Ordering

 

Apart from ordering through our secure server on this website, you can also make purchases by telephone in normal shop hours for card transactions or by post for cheques. Please note that for cheque purchases, items will not be shipped until payment has cleared our Bank.

 

Cancellation

 

Your order can be cancelled at any time before it is despatched.

Also, under the Distance Selling Regulations, your right to cancel is extended to seven days after receipt of the goods. If you wish to cancel within those seven days, please notify us immediately in writing or by e-mail. Any items then returned to us must be in their original condition, correctly packaged and sent at your expense.

 

Contract

 

No contract will exist between Picture This and the customer until we confirm acceptance of the order and it has been despatched. Most of the prints have limited numbers and there will be rare occasions when we no longer have the print in stock and it is unavailable at the Publishers.

 

Delivery

 

Subject to the proviso on cheque payments, we will endeavour to complete orders within 7 working days and all items will be sent by courier or first class post.

It is essential that we are provided with the correct delivery address.

The delivery charge for prints will be £6.95 per order, not per print. Overseas orders will depend on the destination concerned but will be in the region of £10 to £12.

As soon as an order has been despatched, a confirmatory e-mail will be sent. Normally delivery will be next working day. Should a delivery not be received within three working days of our notification, please advise and we will investigate with our courier and forward a replacement, if necessary.
